City by the Bay: San Francisco Travel Series (Part 6) – Coit Tower and a trip to Sausalito

Our San Francisco adventure continued with a visit to Coit Tower, the historic Ferry Building, and the charming waterfront town of Sausalito. We started our day at Coit Tower, enjoying its fascinating murals and panoramic views of the Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz Island, and the city skyline. From there, we headed to the Ferry Building, explored its historic waterfront, and boarded a Golden Gate ferry to Sausalito. The ferry ride offered beautiful views of the city skyline, Golden Gate Bridge, and Alcatraz Island. In Sausalito, we explored the waterfront, enjoyed lunch, walked around the marina, and relaxed at Gabrielson Park before visiting the Richardson Bay viewpoint. City by the Bay: San Francisco Travel Series (Part 5) – All About the Big Bus Day & Night Tour

Our San Francisco adventure continued with the Big Bus Day & Night Tour, taking us across some of the city’s most popular landmarks and neighborhoods. From Alamo Square and the Painted Ladies to Golden Gate Park, the Japanese Tea Garden, and North Vista Point, the day tour offered plenty of beautiful sights, although the long waiting times between buses made the experience somewhat average for us. The night tour was a different story, taking us through Nob Hill, Russian Hill, Union Square, the Financial District, and across the Bay Bridge to Treasure Island. Join us as we share our honest experience, tips, and highlights from both tours.

City by the Bay: San Francisco Travel Series (Part 4) – Golden Gate Bridge, Palace of Fine Arts & Presidio

Our San Francisco adventure continued with some of the city's most iconic landmarks—the Golden Gate Bridge, Palace of Fine Arts, and Presidio. We started our day at the Golden Gate Bridge Welcome Center, where we explored the history and engineering behind this world-famous landmark, enjoyed spectacular bay views, and stopped at the Round House Café. From there, we headed to the beautiful Palace of Fine Arts, wandered around its picturesque lagoon, and admired its breathtaking architecture. Our journey continued to the historic Presidio, where we stopped at Lucasfilm, explored the Yoda Fountain, and took the Presidio GO Shuttle to experience more of this vast national park site. We ended the day at Tunnel Tops, enjoying spectacular Golden Gate Bridge views in the light drizzle and peaceful surroundings.
